Established nearly 20 years ago, First Priority's range of expertise encompasses design, manufacturing, service, fleet management and infrastructure installment to provide end-users with comprehensive solutions across their specialty vehicle needs. The Company is well diversified across geography, sector and product lines and is strongly positioned to continue its growth.

With over 120 employees in 3 locations across the U.S. (in New Jersey, North Carolina and California), First Priority has developed the depth and breadth to serve clients from both the public and private sectors. First Priority’s professionals bring to bear their longstanding experience from the fire, medical, law enforcement, clean transportation, automotive and other commercial sectors.

Our Team

Alex Cherepakhov

FP Global, Chairman

Alex has been a managing member of First Priority Global since 2014. He brings more than 30 years of diversified financial and operational experience to the Company. Prior to joining FP Global, he helped launch and build Seven Stars Entertainment and Media, a Beijing based global entertainment conglomerate, where he remains on the Board.  He is also a Director of Content Media Plc, an international media production and distribution company. 

Alex spent the first 20 years of his career on Wall Street in retail brokerage and investment banking, as well as owning and operating a hedge fund and private equity trading and advisory firm.  Alex is a graduate of Hofstra University in New York, with a BS degree in Business Administration.

Fred Brasch

FP Global, CFO

Mr. Brasch has over 30 years of executive management, finance, operations, accounting, auditing, tax, information technology and human resources experience in a number of different industries.

From 1989 to 2016, Mr. Brasch served as the CFO in a variety of market sectors including an Atlanta based private investment fund, a Special Purpose Acquisition Company, manufacturing, finance, equipment leasing companies, and was the CFO and later the COO of AIOC, a multinational organization, principally engaged in processing, merchandising and distributing steel making raw materials and product, base metals, precious and platinum-based materials and various energy products. IN 2011 Mr. Brasch co-founded and insurance entity was sold in 2016.

From March 1980 to November 1989 Mr. Brasch worked for Ernst & Young in Johannesburg South Africa and Deloitte & Touche in New York in various auditing and consulting capacities.

Mr. Brasch is a CPA and a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. He completed his undergraduate and post graduate studies in South Africa and served in the South African military and attained to rank of 2nd Lieutenant. Mr. Brasch is actively involved in various community organizations in Atlanta, Georgia.

Nelson Wax

General Manager, Plant Operations

Nelson is a “hands-on” leader, accountable that the organization fulfills its vision of a world class business and its ongoing mission of providing exceptional quality products and services, economically, swiftly and great customer service. He is a firm advocate that the vigor and vitality of FPG are determined by the caliber of its employees working in a collaborative team based approach. A key driver of quality at the source and throughout the sales order process, Nelson ensures that GMPs are properly utilized while focusing on performance improvement initiatives. Nelson earned an MBA with Distinction in Human Resource Management from Adelphi University, and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Drexel University.  He is an ISO 9000 Quality Auditor and was honorably discharged as a Captain, Military Intelligence, USAR and PA/NYARNG.

Trevor M. Foster

FPG, National Sales Director

evor has over 20 years in the medical devices industry in leadership, sales and marketing roles representing cutting edge pre-hospital and in-hospital critical care equipment. He also has in-depth leadership and educational experience within the EMS community with a combined 25 years of experience as both an emergency care practitioner (EMT and Paramedic). Trevor’s sales in the Emergency Vehicle Manufacturing Industry started with Odyssey Automotive Specialty and then with First Priority. Trevor’s dynamic career includes representing Physio-Control, Medtronic, Abbott Diagnostic, Draeger Medical and a start-up, Inovise Medical.  He graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a BA in Business and Psychology.

David Rapaport

Chief Legal Counsel

Mr. Rapaport has been a practicing lawyer since 1966 and for most of that time has specialized in   capital formation for small to mid-size companies. He currently serves as general Counsel and Secretary for First Priority Global Ltd. During the last 40 years he has held C-level positions and directorships at several public and private companies including Chief International Counsel to the Sun Seven Stars Group, a worldwide media and entertainment company; National Patent Development Corp, a diversified company with interests in growth technologies; and Duratek Corp, a nuclear services firm. Mr. Rapaport is admitted to practice law in both Georgia and New York.

Robert Lupacchino

FP GreenFleet Chief Operating Officer

Robert is an accomplished executive and senior consultant with 30 years of experience in operations, strategy, finance and performance improvement.  His primary focus has been helping companies grow by expanding revenues, optimizing cost structures, and fine tuning key processes that strengthen the core business.  He has orchestrated numerous strategic alliances, acquisition and new product launches within the healthcare, retail, financial and construction industries.  Robert has served as CFO, COO, Senior VP Strategy and C-level consultant to numerous Fortune 500 clients.  He holds an undergraduate degree from Boston College and an MBA from Emory University.

Brett Gipe

FP GreenFleet, Chief Commercial Officer

Brett has worked in the automotive/fleet space for the past 30 years, during which time he served as Regional Vice President and General Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Vice President of Business Development/Enterprise Sales for Vericom Technologies/Integris and several senior leadership roles at leading electric vehicle manufacturing companies including Smith Electric Vehicles, Electric Vehicles International and Motiv Power Systems. Brett has had responsibility for sales, marketing, business development and managing C-level relationships within some of the largest and most respected companies and brands in North America and globally.

Ken Rudnicky

FPEV Production Manager

Ken joined First Priority in 2013, bringing over 25 years of experience in emergency vehicle design, manufacturing, and maintenance.  Ken serves as production manager for First Priority’s Conversions, Light Rescue, Fleet Vehicle, and Custom Cabinet product lines in the Flanders, NJ facility.  Prior to joining First Priority, Ken worked for Odyssey Automotive Specialty in various roles including operations supervisor and production manager.  Ken also served several for two years as Fleet Manager for Jersey City Medical Center where he was responsible for all aspects of the emergency vehicle fleet in New Jersey’s busiest EMS system.

Jay Campbell

FPEV Production Manager

Jay joined First Priority in 2014 as production manager in the Manchester, NJ facility.  Jay serves as overall production manager, with particular focus on First Priority’s ambulance remount line.  Prior to that, Jay worked at PL Custom for 26 years, most recently responsible as supervisor of their ambulance production line.  At PL Custom, Jay was the Rescue 1 Fire Apparatus brand supervisor responsible for new rescue fire trucks, tool mounting, quality control and deliveries.    Jay was also PL Custom’s metal shop supervisor responsible for quality and quantity of ambulance modules being built.  Jay served in the US Navy and is a certified welder.

Ken Clark

FPEV Vice President EMS Sales

With over 30 years in emergency services, Ken has diverse experience in both emergency medical services and firefighting.  Ken is responsible for sales and product management activities of major product lines for regional distributor of ambulances and specialty vehicles.  Under Ken’s leadership, the EMS sales team has opened new markets, and improved new product development.  The EMS division has consistently been named “Dealer of the Year” by a number of our manufacturing partners during Ken’s tenure as division manager.  Ken earned a BS degree in Business Administration from Slippery Rock University.

Eric Vogl, Sr.

First Priority South, Vice President of Sales

Eric has over 30 years of Emergency Vehicles Sales and Manufacturing Experience.  He is directly responsible for sales of over 3,500 emergency vehicles and has overseen the sale of over 20,000 of the same over that period.  Eric has worked with industry leaders, including Demers Ambulance, Road Rescue, McCoy Miller, Braun Industries and Medix, and was awarded Dealer of the Year by McCoy Miller for multiple years.  Eric has extensive emergency vehicle manufacturing experience, specifically in ambulance remounts.  He has achieved Ford Quality Vehicle Manufacturer status for several manufacturers and is currently working on this certification for First Priority.

Adam Grecco

FPEV Strategic Account Manager

Adam joined First Priority after a 15 year career at Odyssey Automotive Specialty, where he acquired skills in direct sales, marketing, and technical support. He is a versatile and accomplished professional with a proven and time-tested record of transforming complex technical challenges into business growth solutions for driving operational efficiency, accelerating sales growth, and strengthening market position. Adam is a consummate customer relationship manager with a reputation for instilling confidence, credibility, and trust with the most demanding clients to ensure long-term and highly profitable business relationships. Adam graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey with a BA degree in Communications.

Henry Piller

FPEV Production Engineer

Henry has been with First Priority for 20 years, starting his career working on the floor with ambulance remounts, SUV conversions and customized vehicle painting.  Henry worked was promoted  and held multiple roles and responsibilities to his previous responsibility as the Parts Manager for the past 5 years. Henry’s vast experience lead to his recent promotion as Production Engineer, as a vital role in the manufacturer of our Renaissances Remount Ambulance line

Tommy Cramer

Body Repair Estimator/Coordinator

Tommy has been with First Priority for 21 years starting his career as the Lead for Paint and Body Repair or emergency vehicles.  His roles and responsibilities have grown to include Graphic Applications Specialist and then General Manager.   Tommy has an in-depth background in the body repair and paint estimating arena with a specialty focus for both ambulance and fire apparatus. 

Ted Rawley

 

Jaspal Singh

FPEV Chief Financial Officer

Jaspal Singh has an extensive background in finance, accounting, and investment management resulting from his prior work at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and predecessor firms. Jaspal has spent a majority of his career working in Merrill Lynch's global institutional consulting division that managed over $100 billion in assets. Jaspal was responsible for managing product development to service the investment needs of Institutions with over $50 million in individual assets. Jaspal earned his MBA in Finance, Accounting, and Business Law from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business and his BA in Economics from Swarthmore College.
