What a terrific place to stay and play! — 5 of 5
This property was exceptional! We enjoyed the spacious interior, the large garage, and the ability to spread out throughout the home. The accommodations in the house were very helpful for preparing meals. The beds, bedding, towels, etc made for a very comfortable stay. At any point throughout our stay it was not uncommon to have games being played (cards, ping pong, billiards) in different parts of the house. The hot tub was a nice addition during the cool temperatures around Thanksgiving. Some of our family members enjoyed the running and walking trails in the area. The view from the windows and decks of Pine View Reservoir and the sunset each evening was fantastic. We will book this property again, should the opportunity arise.

Eden Getaway - 5 of 5
Our stay was wonderful. We had my siblings, their families and my dad. The home, amenities and views were amazing. Janet was delightful to work with always prompt in communication and helpful. Great place for our family reunion! - 5 of 5

This house was perfect for our family reunion! Great hangout places in the house...the pool table and shuffleboard in particular were big hits with the kids. Great options for a family ping pong tournament as well! The house is in great shape and very comfortable. The pictures represent it very well. Janet is great to work with too. Very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Must say as well that the kitchen was VERY well stocked - dishes, pots, pans, etc. Best we have had for our reunions. Definitely a big plus!

Family Reunion Successful - 5 of 5
This home was even more amazing than we had hoped it would be. Everything from the nice bedrooms, game room, kitchen, hot tub, views, etc. was awesome. We all loved the kitchen and how well it was stocked and the table was so large and patio table and chairs--we were all able to eat at the same time. We will definitely return to this home if we do our reunion in the Eden Valley again. All the kids had a great time and they even were able to play a round of golf which was fabulous. Thanks for sharing and we will be sure to let all our friends know of this great home in such a beautiful valley.

This is a beautiful home with an amazing view of the Eden Valley. The neighborhood is ultra-quiet and the home is very clean. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance or utensil we could need. We enjoyed the game room with pool, shuffle, ping pong and lots of board games. The management was especially attentive and pleasant.

Family Reunion Getaway - 5 of 5
The most amazing home! Pictures do not do it justice. The view was amazing. We had a large group ranging in age 3 to 70. We had plenty to do and never felt crowded. Pool table, shuffleboard and ping pong was a huge hit. Janet was so accommodating to our family and was an absolute joy to work with. We hope to return to this lovely home!

We had an awesome time, amazing view on the valley and large enough to fit a large Group. The kids loved the game room hot tub. Overall a great stay!

Phoenix to Utah Squad - 5 of 5

What a beautiful home set in a gorgeous valley. The view alone was wonderful, but the amenities at the home and in the community were all you could ever need for our group of 19 wanting to hike, explore and relax. Our group of singles, couples and families all had plenty of room inside to relax, play games, unwind and visit. Who knew you could get that many people into a home and NOT feel crowded. Everyone had a bedroom and tons of space to play. Deck off the main floor was a great way to start your day with a cup of coffee, that amazing view, and conversations. Generous kitchen made it easy to cook and extra galley downstairs helped with snacks and drinks. Owners are wonderful to work with and our trip couldn't have been any nicer with all their recommendations for outdoor activities. Would LOVE to come back! Again and Again!! Thanks, Janet!

Thanksgiving Treasure - 5 of 5
This year we wanted not only the traditional Thanksgiving dinner but a place everyone would enjoy staying together for a few days. The Big Horn lodge in Eden was the perfect answer. The house, recently remodeled, is beautiful throughout. The game room was loads of fun and there was plenty of space in the house to always find a quiet spot if desired. The hot tub, of course was a hit morning and night. The unobstructed large view of the mountains and Pineview was awesome. From the living room we enjoyed watching a heard of deer walking below us. There were enough rooms for all 24 of us to sleep in peaceful comfort. It snowed while we were there but the roads stayed clear for easy trips to town for supplies.

The Perfect Get-Away Home — 5 of 5
11 of my friends and I stayed at Janet's lovely cabin in Eden by night and hit the slopes at nearby Powder Mountain by day. This is a great house regardless of size or age of group. There is a great basement loaded with games (table tennis, billiards, shuffleboard & TV) in the basement along with a couple of rooms with bunk beds, fully stocked kitchen and generous living and dining room on the main level, along with a great room off of the garage for heating and drying wet and cold ski gear, and upstairs is equally spacious and comfortable. I almost forgot to mention the great scenic view of the mountains behind the home - nothing obstructing the great view of the mountains.

Beautiful house with lots of space and stunning views. Host was great to work with, and all instructions were clear and timely. I would definitely recommend this home. We had a wonderful stay!

My extended family has rented homes for our annual family reunion for the last 8 years - and this house ranks up there with the best. Perfect and timely communication beforehand, clear instructions for amenities and checkout, a well-stocked kitchen and above all a roomy, gorgeous home with a KILLER view. Kids and adults alike were thrilled with the space. Plenty of space for kids to entertain themselves while adults chat and read. There wasn't a ton of lawn space, which was possibly the only drawback, but jacuzzi, community swimming pool and lovely deck made up for that. We really had the best experience both the house and the owner!
